Questions about membership

Is membership open now?

Not yet. We're collecting interest while categories and procedures are finalized. Everyone who expresses interest will hear from us when enrollment opens.

Do I have to be a veteran to join?

No. We welcome service members, spouses and surviving spouses, families, and supporters. Each group may have a different category, with eligibility and rights set by our governing documents.

Is there a cost?

Will members vote?

Voting rights depend on membership category and will be defined in BVM's bylaws. We'll publish them here before enrollment opens.

Does membership get me housing or benefits help?

Not at this time. Our housing and benefits programs are still being planned, and membership doesn't guarantee access to any future service, housing, rating, approval, or financial outcome. If you need help today, please see our contact page for established resources.

What happens to my information?
